Had a group meal at work..Kickback Jacks. There were at least 3 others with similar symptoms, however I got the worst of it. It was either the wings or the philly steak sliders that caused it. It started about 2 1/2-3 hours after eating. Nausea, diarrhea, stomach pain, headache, body aches, chills, and fever. Had me in bed all afternoon and has continued 24 hours later. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Headache, Chills, Stomach Pain, Body Ache
