Twice . Today and last week when I ate Lucky charms The first time I had a bowl of lucky charms I threw up several times . Today I had my second bowl and have diarrhea for hours . I no longer live in the USA and had them brought over by a friend on vacation . I regret it as there is probably something terribly unhealthy being used in the product that the fda allows much like the latest skittles acábele | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
