March 31, March 30. Lucky charms! She ate them at school that day and then vomited and had abdominal cramps that night. I had no idea until I heard about others. It was a to go box of lucky charms she got from school and she sent a photo. After hearing about the others I looked back for the date. Sure enough it was the night after she had the cereal. She also had horrible stomach cramps, chills and headache | Symptoms: Cramps, Headache, Chills
