Oyster Norovirus Outbreak - Food Truck, Bakersfield California

4 months ago reported by user-dcgmf479

Mariscos, Bakersfield, CA, USA

Bakersfield, California, United States

Boyfriend ate oysters a couple of days ago, then suddenly became extremely nauseous and threw up for the whole day. I thought it was regular food poisoning, but we all ended up getting norovirus and were so extremely sick for days. It was at one of the Mariscos spots in Bakersfield. Please STAY AWAY from the oysters here, they’re not worth the risk (plus we were miserable for 4 days).
It was from a Mariscos food truck. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
