Ate some toast at 2:00 am on Sunday morning, went to bed woke up at 4:40 am throwing up. Threw up again at 6:00 am, at 6:40 am, at 7:30 am, at 9:15 am. I also had diarrhea at around 8:00 am. I feel very weak and I have almost freckle looking dots that appeared by my eyes. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Weakness
