He hasn't stopped vomiting or going to the bathroom, he has diarrhea. My son (minor) approximately 35 minutes or so after eating a serving of Chicken Nuggets from Mc Donalds, began to feel nauseous and stomach pain that lasted until 3:00 a.m., spending the night and part of the morning of Monday, January 16 vomiting (about 6 times) and diarrhea (about 10 times), which caused him to become dehydrated, he couldn't go to school and we had to buy medications to stop both things and to hydrate him, since that day he has been pedialite to hydrate him. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Stomach Pain
