I ordered a double quarter pounder, a basket fries, around 4:30pm on 2/11/24, I began to feel nauseous approximately 11:00pm, and threw up three times at midnight. I went to bed and woke up several times throughout the night. I woke up at 5:30am on 2/12/24 feeling nauseous to the point of delusion, I got up to get some water and then threw up two more times. I am reporting this at 7:18am 2/12/24 and am laying in bed. McDonald’s was the only prepared food I ate that night, this is the first time I have had food poisoning from this establishment. Edit: symptoms of diarrhea arose around 12:30pm 2/12/24 | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
