I took a sip of Gatorade and I felt like I was gonna throw up after drinking it while I was at work and I kept sipping on it because I wanted to stay hydrated and then I felt worse and worse and worse It’s about four days since that happened and I’ve been sick for four days I’m still waiting to hear from the doctor what happened | Symptoms: Nausea

Most people don't know this. Gatorade WILL dehydrate you if you drink to much ( water it down) or if you're on the verge of dehydration. This is due to its high sodium content. Good luck, hope it's nothing more serious.
