Fast Food, Quick Illness - Rally's, Columbus Indiana

I ate there Sunday, June 25th. It was the only thing I ate that day. The next day I had a pretty severe headache that worsened throughout the day. My day ended with vomiting and the works. I was pretty much recovered by the end of the day Tuesday. Mild as far a food poisoning goes. I have no way of knowing scientifically or definitively if it was because of them. I am simply putting this here in case a pattern develops. What concerns me is how fast I got my food. It was premade so I'm wondering how long it was sitting there. Also, the guy at the window just looked unkept. I won't be returning there for? ever? | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache
