Friday morning, I woke up w/severe stomach ache and had diarrhea x2.Around lunch time, I started to feel very fatigued and checked my temp, which was 100. Around 5pm, my fatigue was worse and I just stayed in bed. At 10pm, I woke up in a sweat. Saturday, morning, I was OK and still had some mild stomach ache. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Other, Fever, Fatigue, Sweating, Stomach Pain
