Non stop vomiting, pooping every 10 min after eating only from this Taco Bell I had not consumed any thing else that day. Ended up in hospital. Ruled it out as food poisoning from this Taco Bell. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
