Taco Illness: Severe Symptoms - Taco Bell, Bainbridge Georgia

Me and my wife decided to eat taco bell on Friday June 10th 2016. We ate at about 7:30pm we watched a movie and then went to bed because I had to go to work the next day. At about 2am I started feeling very sick and nauseous, I went to the bathroom and threw up a bunch of orange green stuff and from what I can see pieces of lettuc, it was all downhill from there shortly after I felt very hot had a fever and my stomach was killing me from the pain I threw up several more times throughout the morning until about 8am June 11th. I tried to go to work but there was no way I was going to make it I was very weak and I felt dizzy and nauseous. My wife called our doctor/nurse practitioner and she called in some nausea medicine to help relive some of the symptom it worked for a while but I slept for most of the day still feeling very sick and feverish. Its Sunday morning now June 12th still in bed with stomach cramps and haven't eat a single bite of food I can't even look at it! Taco bell was one of the worst food experiences ever. Definitely not going back there again and I will tell my friends about it too. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Weakness, Dizziness
