Food Safety Report - Taco Bell, Bartlesville Oklahoma

Went there 2 nights ago, I had ordered some beefy nacho loaded grillers and ate them at my friends house. After falling asleep there I woke up a few hours later to start puking all over in his front yard, with a considerable amount of bile included. I went out there 5 times in a matter of 45 minutes and felt miserable. When I tried driving home I had to pull over and puke on the side of the street, in fact I had to several times. When I finally returned home I had stomach cramps due to the fact I couldn't puke anything else up. I tried staying hydrated but as soon as I drank anything I vomited anything I just consumed promptly back up. This was like this all day, dealing with horrible stomach pains and puking non stop. Now a day later I'm writing this so far with just a headache and diarrhea. This experience was just absolutely horrible, not only was it just a terrible and painful, but degrading and embarrassing that I had to pull over and have everyone look at me as I'm vomiting repeatedly over the disgusting fashion that this franchise keeps and maintains is food. There is no way I will return there, and I also hope that anyone else who ate that rotten/tainted beef will not have any more considerable problems that I had. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Bile
