I ate a salad and I have been vomiting all night and now I have a fever, only me because I was the only one who ate salad, it was about 2/3h when the symptoms started, I haven't stopped vomiting all night, I have dehydration because I couldn't even drink water because I vomited it and my fever has risen, not to mention what dizziness and fatigue | Symptoms: Fever, Vomiting, Dehydration, Dizziness, Fatigue
