Additional information: Fathers day 6/17/2024, From either Caesar Salad or Filet Medallions with Portobello Mushrooms. Onset 24 hours. Duration: currently on day 4 of violent diarrhea, & doubling over stomach cramps. It is so bad that an ER visit was necessary ($500 copay) and spent the day in the hospital (lost wages $230) | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps
