Resort Illness: Severe Symptoms - TRS Turquesa Hotel, Punta Cana La Altagracia

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Turquesa in late March 2019. The second day we were on the resort we both became very ill in the middle of the night. We made sure the entire stay to not drink any non-bottled water, and even used it to brush our teeth. At the resturants, we were very careful as well, choosing cooked options and bottled beverages when possible. We both spent about a day with horrible diarrhea and the most painful stomach cramps I have ever had. I did not get back to normal untill 4 days after being home, so 6 days in total. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Cramps
