September 6th, 2023 Not sure, I think it was Chicken I started to have a stomachache in the flight, had diarrhea and high fever on the next day. I was diagnosed as gastroenteritis. Another passenger was vomiting right before the arrival. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Other, Gas, Stomach Pain
