Beef Pot Pie Illness - Walmart, Austintown Ohio

1-3-22 and 1-4-22, We think it was the beef pot pie from Marie Callender  So far only 1 he ate beef we ate chicken. About 4 hours after eating said he had an up-set  stomach, today he has diarrhea and vomiting and weak. He’s 95. I’m reporting this because I seen others had also got sick | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Nausea, Weakness
