I grabbed a cup of popcorn shrimp from the Walmart Deli on Friday, May 13th, 2016 at approx. 3:30 in the afternoon. It was the only food I ate that nobody else in my family consumed. 12 hours later, I woke up with explosive diarrhea and a fever. Within a few hours, my fever spiked to 103.9 and I experienced abdominal cramps and vomiting along with the diarrhea. I had diarrhea over 30 times in just the first 6 hours of illness. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
