Bacterial Colitis from Meal - Wienerschnitzel, Escondido California

I went to Wienerschnitzel on a Thursday at noon. It wasn’t quite as I remembered it to be but thought maybe I was imagining it just felt bloated by that evening stomach cramps next day, stomach cramps, severe diarrhea, vomiting. I had not eaten anything else other than that meal on Thursday then after eating, there had not eaten anything until I went to the ER the following Sunday, and still had nonstop diarrhea was diagnosed with bacterial colitis from food that was ingested. that is the only place it could be, I am a few days out of the ER still on medication still stomach cramps multiple antibiotics, eating minimal very bland foods very very disappointing | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Bloating
