Extreme nausea & diarrhea, My symptoms started after having a "welcom e dinner" prepared by the hotel then room service hours later the first night we were there in January 2019.

I had felt fine the entire vacation until the day we were leaving. I had my first salad at the steakhouse and we left at 500. All day I experienced cramping and excessive diarrhea It lessened at 24 hours but contued for a few days after. This was from a trip in April

The night before we ate at Caribbean cuisine Isla. Food wasnt that good. We had few cocktails at the room after dinner. That night was really bad. Vomiting, diarrhea, shivers, nausea. I was miserable for 48 hours., Only me. My partner was fine.

It was in April of this year., Our family of 4 were there from April 21-27, 2019. My husband got sick after eating at the Italian restaurant on the resort. He started to feel nauseous and then threw up several times within a few hours of eating dinner there. He also had diarrhea

Stayed in April 2019. Became suddenly ill and needed to take an antibiotic upon return to US., Several others had similar symptoms....about 6 that I am aware of

Went with family to a wedding. 5 day trip to DR.
After 2nd day at resort, 50% of wedding guests all got diarrhea, vomiting, fever, etc.
