I went to Mcdonalds I got a medium fries and a big mac. After I went to sleep I woke up and I'm sick as hell. I vomit every 15min.

Ordered a quarter pounder meal and got mild diarrhea. I’ve had worse symptoms in my past but this was still annoying. I will stick to their McNuggets next time.
