Ate The Big Arch burger at about 11:30 AM. Felt fine until about 4:45 PM at which point nausea set in. Intense cramps and diarrhea at 5:15. Only other food today was rye toast with butter at 9:00 AM.

I bought 2 egg McMuffins 11:40pm Friday night May 11, 2018
And by 6am in the morning I was puking every hour. I couldn’t hold down water by 4pm Saturday I finally went to the hospital because I couldn’t take the pain no more and all the throwing up. I was in bed sick for 2 and a half days | Sintomas: Náusea, Vomitando
