February 3, 2020 Had Zuppa Toscana and Minestrone soup, breadsticks with marinara sauce. About 2-3 hours after I started to have severe cramps then awhile later started vomiting.

the 19th of July 2016. ravioli stuffed mushrooms and a few bites of friends tour of Italy, bad cramps, bad diarrhea, nausea. haven't thrown up but feel like I could. Haven't seen a dr. yet but probably tomorrow if diarrhea keeps up.
