Sat Nov 2: Ate chicken, salad, hummus, cucumber yogurt at 2pm, finished eating refrigerated leftovers of the same meal at 6pm. Vomiting began 230am, diarrhea started an hour later. Both were severe and continued through 530-6 am. Weak and nauseated next 24 hours. Hard to hold down…
