Park St. Deli Macaroni & Cheese recalled due to Undeclared Allergen

BEF Foods, Inc. has initiated a voluntary recall of Park St. Deli Macaroni & Cheese due to undeclared soy lecithin. The product was distributed nationwide in the United States.

AFFECTED PRODUCT

PRODUCT: Park St. Deli Macaroni & Cheese
- Packaged in 20 oz plastic tubs within paperboard sleeves.
- Affected lot codes include SUL4839705 through SUL4887699.
- A total of 58,405 cases, each containing nine 20-oz packages, are involved.

The recall was initiated by the firm on March 23, 2026, FDA classified it as Class II on June 10, 2026.
