Between 530-6pm on Feb 27 2020 I ordered a chicken fry meal med with a coke and a chicken jr extra mayo and a small cup of water.
My oldest son had fallen asleep so he never got to eat his meal. Instead I ate thr chicken sandwich. Then my 1yr old and I shared some chicken fries. Around 845 my youngest started becoming irritable and threw up and fell asleep. I got home around 910 and instantly started to projectile vomit. Between running to the bathroom and vomiting. It's currently almost 1am and I called out of work because both my son and I have yet to stop vomiting. | Sintomas: Diarreia, Náusea, Vomitando
