TIP: Hi 5595, thanks for your comment, but that is incorrect - food poisoning CAN happen fast! Symptoms can start within minutes if the contamination is chemical or physical. If it is biological it depends on the pathogen, but it can be as soon as 30 minutes if it's Staph.
