I ate a toasted plain bagel with butter. Which seems really creamy for butter and medium coffe. I didn’t drink but two sips of coffe but I finished the bagel. Just 15 minutes later abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and also chest pain an numbness in both hands moving up the forearm. Never had that happen before.
