Ate dinner with girlfriend and 3 year old daughter as soon as I finished my food I felt an unsatisfying fullness feeling. Later I still felt the same. Later that night I had diarrhea and around 2:30am I puked up the sirloin tips and instantly felt better. After awhile diarrhea and cramps continued. Still feel sick had to call in sick.
