I ate at around 2:00-2:30pm, Thursday the 10th, November. I ordered a 3-piece chicken tender meal which included a biscuit and mashed potatoes with brown gravy. A drink of Baja blast Mountain Dew was also ordered. Honey mustard was eaten with the chicken tenders. A cookie was given as well. Symptoms began four or so hours after the meal.
