The Chinese restaurant was cited for 19 violations, 3 of them were High Priority.

“Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. Approximately 10 floor of kitchen under Wok station 1 on bottom shelf of table next to fryers 1 inside of cooler not being used but next to reach-in cooler,” the health inspector wrote in the report.

The ceiling is in disrepair because of water damage, and there are dead roaches on the premises. Five roaches were found in the planter holder in the dining room, and four were on shelves in the storage room, the report said.
