Boyfriend and I both ate McDonald's at the St. John's Town Center location yesterday, and now we both are sick in bed. I didn't eat anything else yesterday due to overwhelming nausea, and I now have a fever, I have constant stomach cramping, and my diarrhea is liquid, not even solid.
