Boyfriend and I both ate McDonald's at the St. John's Town Center location yesterday, and now we both are sick in bed. I didn't eat anything else yesterday due to overwhelming nausea, and I now have a fever, I have constant stomach cramping, and my diarrhea is liquid, not even solid. He threw up and has had the same stomach cramps and fever. I've continually had terrible food and service at this location, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Fièvre
