Sausage mcgriddle and Big Mac. Felt great before I ate. Immediately after finishing my meal I was violently throwing up on the drive home. Felt fine after that. I am a healthy 24 male so someone older might not be so lucky. I was able to eat other food about an hour later with no symptoms so it was definitely the McDonald's. Manager didn't take complaint seriously. | Sintomas: Vomitando
