I order a McMuffin & 4 piece nugget & small fry on my break.... I went to sit down ate my sausage muffin and right before I could finish the sandwich my stomach started to feel weird.. (nausea).. so I just threw the rest of the food out and just relaxed for the rest of my break to try to settle the cramping, soon as I got up to clock back in and had to run straight to the bathroom .. the diarrhea started | Sintomas: Diarreia, Náusea, Vomitando, Cãibras
