bought 2 (plain) double hamburgers to take w/me to eat on way to work - opened in car, order was wrong so took it back. left again & noticed double patties replaced w/1quarter pounder patty per sandwich - too late to go back. ate sandwiches. w/in about a half hour started feeling 'slight' stomach discomfort as if too full. ignored it. constantly 'burping' w/taste of hamburger. ignored it as simply too full or something. have a fast-paced distribution center job. stomach over next couple hours causing real discomfort - but can't stop working. at lunch break at nothing but drank some water & layed-down in car 20min - no relief. feeling by 3rd/4th hour that I might need to use toilet for diarrhea or something - continued 'tight' upset stomach (unbearable) and burping - but thought I could just make it through shift. at about 5th/6th hour felt i was going to be sick from one or both directions - suddenly felt like i might vomit (have never in more than 10yrs) told supervisor i need to be sick - violently projectile vomited in garbage can about 8 times. partially digested hamburger pieces coming out as well as through nose. finished shift -slowly- stomach slightly better but shaky drank 4oz water. went home. 5hrs stomach still shaky, but stable. no food just water. | Sintomas: Vomitando, Arrotar
