I ate some McDonald's fast food, specifically a cheeseburger and fries, around 2 p.m. About an hour later, I started experiencing stomach pain and discomfort. I went to the bathroom to defecate, but not even 20 minutes after, I began vomiting. Over the course of the next hour, I vomited three times, each episode more intense than the last, which indicated a severe reaction to the meal..
