I went to McDonalds for lunch today Feb 28 2017 at 11:42. I rushed to eat my lunch so i wouldn't be late but i had order 2 Sausage McMuffing 1meduim French Frie and 1 large Dr. Pepper. Around 12:30pm i was in the bathroom with diarrhea and vomiting an then near 1:05pm i was shaking real bad cause i was really cold an sweating then check my temp it was 102.3 i left work around 1:30 to go sleep in the car but things from there just got worse and couldn't go to the hospital due to not having anybody to watch my kids. | Sintomas: Diarreia, Náusea, Febre, Vomitando
