did not eat anything all day except pf.changs in the evening so it can only come from that. I ate springrolls, dynamite shrimp and honey shrimp at around 9-10pm. I woke up at 4 am extremly nauseous but tried to go back to sleep. At 5 am I ran out of bed and I had extremely watery stool and had to throw up.
