On 3/17/18 I wen to Panda Express for lunch and ordered the chicken with mushrooms with white rice. Later that night around 7 I started feeling nauseous. I woke up the next morning and couldn't get out of bed. I later threw up and diarrhea started. 4 days later and I still am feeling nausea and my stomach has never felt worse! | Sintomas: Diarreia, Febre, Náusea, Vomitando
