On Saturday (9/1), my wife and I ate some Publix southern style potato salad as a snack on an empty stomach. Late that evening I began puking my guts out, had chills and fever. Vomited a few more times that Sunday, then felt extreme weakness for that week until about Thursday morning (9/6).
