At about 12:30 PM. Went out to lunch with my family. I had never eaten at a Qdoba before. I had a chicken quesadilla with pico de gallo. About 10 minutes after I finished eating I started getting hot flashes in my face and back of my head. My hands started shaking and went numb, and I started vomiting violently.
