I was feeling great all week and had been hiking most days. Thurs. I ate a ham sandwich around 11:30 am and we went walking from 12:30 -3:30. Shortly after that I felt a little crampy and thought is was because I had not drank water. Got home before 4 and started to feel a little more crampy. It suddenly got worse and worse and I could barely stand it. Went to bed with heating pads on my belly. Vomited clear stuff at night a felt a little better. Had a small breakfast on Fri. and a 70 cal yogurt at lunch but was feeling worse again. No supper. Went to be with heating pad again and vomited during the night - clear stuff. Thought I might be feeling a little better, but by morning felt terrible . We went to Littleton Hospital Urgent care since I knew I was dehydrated. They admitted me to the hospital and I was in the hospital there from Sat. afternoon until Monday afternoon. Sat. night was awful with pain and cramps. I could barely sip liquids and eat a jello until Mon. noon I ate a small lunch. | Sintomas: Diarreia, Náusea, Vomitando, Outros, Cãibras, desidratação
