On or around 4/11/26 my father and my husband both ate chicken at Shogun restaurant on Foothill Blvd in Pasadena, CA. Within a short time, both developed gastrointestinal symptoms including abdominal pain and diarrhea, consistent with foodborne illness. My father’s symptoms were severe enough to require emergency room care. Upon evaluation, he presented with abdominal pain, diarrhea,.
