Woke up felt 100%. Went to Starbucks around 8am
Got grande iced cold brew with sweet vanilla creamer.
About 10 minutes after drinking had diarrhea.
I have been going every 20 minutes and vomiting and it is now 1pm. I feel horrible and don't see this ending in near future.

* all I ate yesterday was a homemade grilled cheese. And ruffles chips.
