Last evening, 8/5/2016, I purchased a 6" meatball sandwich at the Subway on Marco Island ( Collier Blvd. ) brought it home, ate most of it ( left most of the bread ) and then spent a lot of time vomiting the contents of my stomach. It was the only meal of my day ( not unusual ) and I haven't vomited in over 30+ years. I'm not sure if I should report this to the store or not. Advice ? | Sintomas: Vomitando
