Saturday night, 07/09/16. Me and my family stopped by to order 3 chicken quesadillas. We were just visiting and staying at the hotel right across the street. At the hour there was nothing else open so we went there. We ate the quesadillas (1/person) and I was the only one that ate the salsa. I waited an hour to digest food and then went to bed, after an hour I woke up with a lot of pain in my left side of the intestin area, right under rib cage. The pain was horrible but I thought it didn't required hospitalization since I was miles away from home and my husband was tired from the trip. Therefore, I decided to wait (in hopes that it would have gone by itself). Hours passed and I vomited, had diarrhea, and could not sleep. Then, I went to grab an Imodium from a local Walmart at 3:00 a.m. It helped a little but pain got worse. In the morning I told my husband that my pain was an 8 (1-10 scale) and that I wanted to go home. We did so. On the way my pain increased to a 10 because I was crying and desperate. When I tried to calm down so my husband would continue driving, I felt harsh movements in my intestines. The pain then went down to an 8. I got home took a shower, drank plenty of fluids, some home remedies, and only ate liquidity foods. I was given a massage and felt asleep at intervals of 1-2 hours (I had the lack of sleep from the previous night). Next morning, Monday, I woke up with a 2 pain (almost gone) but now I keep having issues like I have no core strength and at times hurts when I work out. Even though it seems I am not sick anymore, I will go to the doctor to check what was the damage done to my intestines because I don't feel they are working properly. Please, be aware of their salsas (ingredients). Too late for me. I encourage you to make your own research and hope it won't happen to other people. Best advice, eat at your home, fresh meals done by yourself. | Sintomas: Diarreia, Náusea, Vomitando
