Ate lettuce from salad bar Jan. 21 or 22nd, 2019. Symptoms started Wed, Jan 23rd and got worse for approximately 2 days. Was bed ridden for 3 - 4 days. Severe diarrhea, vomiting, and weakness. Unsure about fever. | Sintomas: Diarreia, Náusea, Vomitando, fraqueza
