Our food was delivered. Ordered changs chicken with lo mein. 45 minutes after eating I had stomach pain and cramping along with severe diarrhea

Chili’s, 3 of the 4 of us got stomach pains and diarrhea within 1 hour after eating. Actually it occurred on our way home from the restaurant. The only items we all had was chips, salsa and sour cream and strawberry lemonade

Within 2 hours of eating both me and my mother in law had severe abdominal cramping, chills, cold sweat, and explosive diarrhea. Our symptoms have eased up but it’s been over 24hrs now and we still have diarrhea and stomach pain.
